Roman Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terdersoft B.V., a company registered in Curaçao under registration number 164860, operating Roman Casino under licence number 5536/JAZ issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB). The agreement governs your use of all services on this platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using Roman Casino in any capacity, you accept these terms in full.
About us and licensing
Roman Casino is operated by Terdersoft B.V., registered in Curaçao (company number 164860), incorporated in September 2023. The platform holds a multi-scope licence (casino, sportsbook, and esports) issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number 5536/JAZ. Financial processing is handled by Interdersoft, a wholly owned subsidiary of Terdersoft B.V. Terdersoft B.V. operates a portfolio of online casino brands; Roman Casino is one of those brands and shares the same corporate and regulatory framework.
Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on this platform. Roman Casino does not accept players resident in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, or any other jurisdiction explicitly restricted under the terms of our operating licence or applicable law. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts across the same household, IP address, or device are not allowed. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Before we process your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting valid identity and address documentation; we may also require a phone verification at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these conditions, and to void any balances associated with a non-compliant account.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, Bank Transfer (SEPA), Interac (Canada), and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), and Dogecoin. The minimum deposit is €20 for most methods; a minimum deposit of €15 qualifies for the welcome package. All non-EUR transactions are converted to EUR on arrival; the operating currency of the platform is EUR. The minimum withdrawal is €50, and withdrawal limits are €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week, and €15,000 per month for standard accounts, with higher limits available at elevated VIP tiers. Casino-side processing takes up to 72 hours for card and bank transfer withdrawals, and up to 24 hours for e-wallets and cryptocurrency; you may cancel a pending withdrawal within the casino processing window. Wins exceeding €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 per month. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, and all deposits must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal request will be processed, in compliance with our AML obligations.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all bonuses issued on this platform. The casino welcome package carries a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount, and the sportsbook welcome package carries a wagering requirement of 5x. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet is €5 per round or spin (€10 for CAD and AUD accounts, €5 for CHF accounts); this limit applies to all wagers including in-game doubles and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum cashout from any bonus is 10x the bonus amount, and free spin winnings are capped at €50 equivalent. Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue for the welcome package; other promotions carry validity periods stated in their specific terms. Game contributions towards wagering requirements are as follows: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games contribute 0%. Bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are wagered first; if the bonus balance reaches zero before wagering is complete, the bonus is forfeited. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings if we determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive manner, including but not limited to advantage play, feature delay tactics, or circumventing the one-bonus-per-household rule.
Responsible gambling
We provide responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via [email protected] or live chat are processed promptly; once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the elected period.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected] ; we acknowledge complaints within 7 days of receipt. If your complaint is not resolved at the first level, you may request escalation to a senior member of our management team, and we provide a final written response within 30 days of the original complaint. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, the issuing regulator under licence number 5536/JAZ, in accordance with the GCB’s published dispute procedures.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated on this page. Continued use of Roman Casino after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
